Medical, Dental and Vision

• The company provides a competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and prescription program.  New employees are eligible to enroll on their first day of regular full-time employment.

Life, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability

• The company provides all full-time, regular employees with life and AD& D insurance coverage at no cost to the employee.  Employees may optionally purchase additional coverage levels.

Subsidized health coverage for spouses, domestic partners

• The company extends subsidized health coverage for spouses and domestic partners.

401(k) Plan

• The 401(k) Plan enables IVO employees to make pre-tax contributions of a portion of their income up to certain limits, into a retirement investment account.  Employees may rollover funds from previous 401(k) programs

Quarterly Bonus Program

• Employees can become eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Program that is based on key financial quarterly goals.

Employee Assistance Program

• The Employee Assistance Program provides a number of care related services by third-party providers.

• All full-time, regular employees are eligible to join Provident Credit Union, a full-service banking and lending institution.

Social Functions

• The company sponsors a number of social and celebration functions throughout the year.

Vacation and Sick Leave

• The company provides its regular, full-time employees with paid vacation.  Holidays and vacation schedules based on term of service can vary by country.  The company is closed for scheduled country specific holidays. 

Stock Options

• Employees are granted stock options according to their position and salary grade level.  All Stock Options are subject to the approval of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
