Vacation and Sick Leave
- The company provides its regular, full-time employees with paid vacation. Holidays and vacation schedules based on term of service can vary by country. The company is closed for scheduled country specific holidays.

- Employees are granted stock options according to their position and salary grade level. All Stock Options are subject to the approval of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
