IVO Employees are encouraged to donate 1% of their working time to the community.  This percentage amounts to approximately six paid service days a year (four hours a month).

The IVO Foundation helps to plan activities and programs to involve employees in a variety of activities.

  • Support a global volunteer network where employees across all field offices can easily get involved in IVO Foundation programs

  • Yes Reading - Reading Tutor
    YES Reading is an innovative literacy organization that recruits and trains community volunteers to provide one-on-one tutoring to students reading significantly below grade level.
  • Real Options for City Kids - Play soccer with kids
    Real Options for City Kids (ROCK) is dedicated to nurturing the healthy development of children by listening attentively to their needs and by providing opportunities to those who might not otherwise have access.
  • YMCA! MENTOR A CHILD!
    This program strives to improve the lives of youth and their families by providing a growth-inducing relationship between an adult and a child.
  • Boys & Girls Clubs Tutors
    Inspires and enables all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
